Tales from Luke's Childhood1

As a boy I often got into and out of all sorts of trouble.

Not just the standard variety of bullies and too much homework but some way more screwed up headtrips of situations than that. It was at a point prior to this that I began exhibiting naturalist tendencies and received training in how to detect animals and plants from my father.

I made a point of always trying to behave politely and delicately because I'd often get blamed for things, sometimes things I had absolutely nothing to do with. I was viewed as a highly suspicious character so when something happened everybody would say "Luke probably did it."

So if I ever actually did do something you can bet it'd be something to try and shake up the social hierarchy of the playground a bit.  People didn't like that.
I was reluctantly included among the populars due to sheer creativity and was the one people always came to for advice & secret keeping.

As we grew older and matured differently I was a tad gloomier than the others but generally looked to as someone who was positive because I'd always be doing this or that to help other people. I was "the volunteer kid" and racked up the nearly most community service hours of everyone to the point it got featured in the local newspaper.
